Planned Projects
Acchi Kocchi (BD) - Release date announced, and when it comes out I'll get it in a rush then stall temporarily all the other projects to release the first volume. I wish everything goes right with this.
Nekogami Yaoyorozu (BD) - Currently encoding all episodes, Hi10p 1080p/720p and 8bit 480p. I'll use FFFpeeps script since they're more or less satisfactory compared to others.
Sengoku Collection (BD) - Now that I got the first Blu-ray volume, I wonder if any bigger groups plan on doing this. I'll try to wait and if not, I will start encoding it for the sake of the girls and the moe since I love it.
Sengoku Otome ~Momoiro Paradox~ (BD) - Got it already, to be encoded next after Nekogami on same 3 resolutions.
Wishlist
Cinderella Monogatari (DVD) - Need a source for DVD. At least an original Jp audio, IDC if it's a dual-audio or not.
Fortune Quest L (DVD) - I knew that the DVDISO for both series/OVA exists somewhere, just don't know where to get it yet. And I'll get a friend to translate this from Jp to En, since I'm not that interested on other languages. Also, this is one of my gradeschool anime, so I wanted it to have a decent release for the next generation to come if possible. Gosh, makes me miss my Dragon Quest days on Famicom.
Gate Keepers (DVD) - I have the 8-volume DVD, and a-x releases seems to be outdated "codec-wise" as well as the blurry quality on action scenes which is a given since it's encoded at its best for more than 5 years ago.
Kobato. (BD) - If no release comes out after Summer 2012, and I'm already done on Saki/Nekogami/MomoiroParadox, I might really do this. (Nozomi started their project, 576p though)

Kore wa Zombie Desuka? Of the Dead (BD) - If Doki won't release them immediately, I'll get this.

Saint October (DVD) - I wish the DVD are available, buying them is my last option. Or we could raise some funds via donations, LOL. I'm dying for a good h264 release of this series.
Shoukoushi Cedie (DVD) - I have the access to all the Japanese R2 discs, but translating this means starting from scratch, which would be too much for me alone, compared to Lady Georgie which already had some subs by someone and only needs some edits/karaoke and the encoding from discs.
Tenshi na Konamaiki (DVD) - I saw a few DVDISO, might do them when all discs are out. (I hated the a-e hardsubed release)
Toriko (DVD) - I got a few DVDISO for these, but still not sure if I'm to start it now. Just in case I start working on this, I'll use A-Destiny subs on TV version.
Tsuyokiss Cool x Sweet (DVD) - TsunDeRe already started sometime ago in the past months, but if it turns out to be something that could be improved further, I'll get the DVDISO and do everything back from scratch, and also insert a sexy karaoke. I always wanted to pay respect to this series, my high school memories sheesh.

Suggested Projects
Recorder and Randsell (BD) - Depending on the circumstances and if some bigger groups will get it, I'll just wait for updates. But in case no big groups pull this off, It should be an easy project to do as far as I've watched the episodes.

I would love some decent Tenshi na Konamaiki DVD encodes (8bit/AAC is fine), one of my all-time favorite series.
I would love to watch accel world and papa no lu koto o kikinasai! if you can blu-ray(480) please.
I would like to suggest High School DxD blu-ray version 720p, if its not to much trouble.
Nice to see someone else taking an interest in series that are not only low-res/DVD, but also old enough that the TV releases were 100% hardsubbed. Depending on the series, I (redonesubs.blogspot.com) may be up for some collaborations on old hardsub -> softsub re-releases.
For Saint October: if you ever do find the DVDs, you're more than welcome to re-use my subs for it. I know the raws I'm using are kinda crap, but they're the only choice out there.
For Cheeky Angel: if you can't find the .isos, the Zero-Raws DivX5 DVD raws are still an improvement over A-E's TV- and DVD-rips. If you can get some of the software listed here to work, that may help with the subs. Otherwise, there's a lot of transcription ahead...
